Entellium Appoints New Regional Sales Director For Asia

From the help desk to CRM - former Magic Solutions director joins entellium to head regional sales operations.


Singapore – May 12, 2003 –.Entellium Asia, the Asian arm of the US-based CRM solutions provider, has announced the appointment of Michael Liu to the position of Regional Director of Sales for the Asia region.

Liu will be responsible for developing entellium’s regional sales push into South Asia, Greater China and Korea.

A primary focus of Liu’s efforts will be to focus on the partner channel and recruiting business partners who are ready to offer services for both web-hosted and installed software solutions.

Prior to joining entellium Liu was regional director with Magic Solutions, the help desk applications business unit of Network Associates and was responsible for that company’s regional sales operations in Asia Pacific, including Australia. Prior to Magic Solutions, Liu was head of regional sales in South Asia at Remedy Corporation where he won the prestigious Presidents Club Award for over achievement.

In recent months, entellium has established a presence in the North American markets sealing significant deals with several organizations including TWI Corporation, Elron Software and Canada’s Telus Corporation.

In Asia, entellium have penned deals with Standard Chartered Bank, Honda, MCIS Zurich and Pan Pacific Hotels and Resorts.
